I had a lovely stay at the hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the historic town. However, the dining experience left a bit to be desired with limited options, and the lack of an elevator was a downside due to the old structure.
